Week 9 in the Independent Basketball Association was the busiest of this 2014 Fall season with five league games on the calendar. Several individual performances highlighted a fun-filled semi-pro basketball weekend of action.

It wasn’t enough to earn his team the win, but IBA Player of the Week Devron Bostick dominated every inch of the Lithuanian World Center Riškus Hall on November 8. Bostick scored a season-high 50 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for the Kenosha Ballers, who fell to the hosting International Racers 140-136.

A 6’5″ guard who played at the University of Minnesota, Bostick played two seasons (2010-12) in Cyprus Division 1 for Omonia BC before returning to the U.S.

This is the second Player of the Week accolade for Bostick, who also received the award in Week 6.
