Week 5 In The IBA

Week 5 of the IBA season is light on the schedule, with just two games over the weekend. The two games are big as both feature the top three teams of the IBA standings.

Saturday has the undefeated St. Louis Trotters (3-0) traveling to south suburban Chicago to face the Kankakee County Soldiers (1-2). The Trotters came out on top 118-114 in their only meeting of the season two weeks ago, but that game was in St. Louis. After last weekends home loss to Kenosha, Kankakee County will be looking to snap a 2-game losing streak, a position the club is not used to facing.

Game time at the KVPD RecCenter is scheduled for 5 PM.

On Sunday the Soldiers will travel north to Kenosha in another rematch against the Kenosha Ballers (3-0). Last weekend the two battled all game long with Kenosha picking up a hard-earned 130-122 road victory. The setting on this night will be the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha with an tip-off scheduled for 5 PM.
